For our March neighborhood meeting, we will be hosting Brian Caper, Economic & Workforce Development Director for the City of St. Petersburg. Mr. Caper was the lead on the Request for Proposals issued by the City to solicit proposals to redevelop Tropicana field and the surrounding area (aka the Historic Gas Plant District). Mr. Caper will be making a special presentation on the project for CHNA. For recent information published by St. Pete Rising on the recent selection of a developer, click here.
