City Development Update – Speaker/Topic

With all the recent changes such as the passage of the new zoning ordinance, the Tropicana Field (Gas Plant District) redevelopment proposal before Council, changes to parking requirements, and approval of major high rise developments in the downtown, we have asked the City to provide an update on where we may be headed with development in the city over the next 5-10 years. Council Member Hanewicz will also be providing information on the terms for the Tropicana redevelopment that were presented to Council for the first time on October 26th, in particular funding proposals and what this may mean for the City’s budget in the future. Speakers from the City will include:
